Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator – Chaska, Monticello, Fridley, Rogers, and St. Paul, MN 

Twin City Staffing is actively seeking a dynamic Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator to join our expanding team in Chaska, MN.

Duties of the recruiter/ staffing coordinator: 

  • Interview and screen job applicants
  • Source, recruit, and screen candidates for client companies
  • Use staffing software to manage information and fill orders efficiently
  • Utilize job boards and the internet to find candidates
  • Assist temporary employees with questions and issues
  • Counsel temporary employees on interviewing professionally
  • Supervise and manage temporary employee performance
  • Administer pre-assignment requirements to job candidates
  • Ensure I-9 compliance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • At least two years of staffing experience

Recruiter / Branch Manager – Chaska, MN and St. Paul, MN 

The Recruiter / Branch Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the recruitment process and managing branch operations within Twin City Staffing.
