Temp-to-hire

Twin City Staffing’s temp-to-hire division will save you time, money and ensure you have the right talent before putting that person on your payroll.

Our Process:

Recruit and screen great talent for you, providing only those that meet the exact requirements of your job descriptions

  • Submit only screened candidates to your hiring managers
  • Run all background screenings and reference checks
  • Provide employees with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and more

Once you decide an employee is the right fit, we handle everything for you. Following an agreed upon time period, you can then decide if you want to continue your working relationship with that employee and transfer them to your payroll.
